A successful activity report or subsequent enrichment of that same server activity.
Update an existing result by activityId, or append it if the id has not been seen. An upgrade keeps the original activity id even when its response arrives after another material result. audioMarker is the Console-resolved identity associated with this activity; current marker expiration does not remove it from historical results. A result can exist without a campaign. No private detector codes are included.
